格機操作： 格機有兩種：軟格和硬格。軟格：待機時輸入*#7370#，接著輸入確認碼（原始是：12345）。 將系統恢復至出廠設置，會刪除C盤個人數據。可以解決簡單的手機問題！
硬格：同時按住*鍵、3鍵、和綠色通話鍵不放，再按開機鍵。出現握手畫面都不能鬆手，直到手機開機完成後再鬆手！ 將系統恢復至出廠設置，會刪除C盤個人數據。可以解決嚴重的手機問題！
常見問題說明
問題一：格機後每次開機都會提示：正在安裝中...... 查看程序管理，多了幾個「未安裝文件」，部分點擊安裝又安裝不了，刪除又刪除不了。
答： 是部分友友格機，無格卡造成的，或者是先格機再格卡造成的。 正確的順序是先格卡再格機。
問題二： 針對格機，無格卡造成以上問題1的情況，有的人只想格機，不想格卡，要怎麼做？每次格機都要格卡不是好麻煩嗎？
答： 只格機不想格卡，以後為機機帶來的麻煩是好難避免的：除了會出現問題1的情況，還會造成部分軟件安裝不了或者是安裝後使用不了等等不良情況。 總的來說，還是按正確的順序「先格卡再格機」為好。
既然如此，那有什麼辦法可以盡快還原儲存卡資料？還有手機本身的設置？
答：別急，針對這問題，已經有解決方法，請看下面的「還原儲存卡資料操作」和「格機後還原設置操作」：
還原儲存卡資料操作：
方法一：
1.每次下載安裝後覺得好用的軟件（特別是要認證的軟件），把它改成中文放好，就在E盤新建個文件夾專放這類軟件。
2.格卡前,把這文件複製到C盤。格好卡後再轉回到E盤，最後再格機。
3.格好機後，再把文件夾裡的文件安裝。
方法二：
1.有電腦的，可以把每次下載安裝後覺得好用的軟件（特別是要認證的軟件），把它改成中文放在電腦中。
2.格卡格機完成後，就可以通過數據線或者讀卡器，把電腦中的軟件複製到儲存卡，再安裝。
方法三：
1.用讀卡器，把儲存卡插進電腦，鼠標光標住E盤（移動盤）。
2.按鼠標右鍵—>屬性—>工具—>開始備份
3.等它備份好就可以格卡格機了。
4.格好後，再把儲存卡插進電腦，按鼠標右鍵—>屬性—>工具—>還原
總結：方法一是針對無電腦的友友，方法二和三是針對有電腦的友友，自己選擇適合的
格機後還原設置操作： 還原名片夾（包括來電縮微圖像），來電鈴聲，單鍵撥號，通話時間顯示，通話報告，單鍵撥號，信息存儲位置數量，照相(攝像)機的存入位置，拍攝質量等......：
1.功能表—>工具—>存儲卡—>選項—>備份手機存儲
2.用文件管理打開E盤，會多出一個「BACKUP」文件夾，把它複製到C盤（要記得存放位置），保存好這個BACKUP文件夾，以後格完機就需要用到它了。
3.先格卡，格好後把複製到C盤的BACKUP」文件夾，再複製到E盤中。
4.然後格機(根據情況自己選擇硬格還是軟格）。
5.格機完成後插上存儲卡，進行如下操作： 功能表—>工具—>存儲卡—>選項—>從存儲卡中恢復。
6.重新啟動手機,OK了。
